Oluwarinumi is a seasoned compliance and human resources executive with over 20 years of experience in Nigeria’s capital market and financial services sector. She holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Lagos and a B.Sc. in Economics from Usman Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. A Designated Compliance Professional (DCP), Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS), and a certified Professional in Human Resources International (PHRi), she combines governance expertise with people management skills.
Her career spans Capital Express Securities, Anchoria Asset Management, and Capital Bancorp Plc, where she rose to senior compliance leadership roles and drove regulatory strategy, risk-based monitoring, and corporate governance reforms. Currently, as Head of Human Capital Management and Chief Compliance Officer at WealthBridge Capital Partners Limited, she leads compliance oversight, regulatory engagement, and HR strategy, ensuring both institutional integrity and workforce alignment.
